Z+ @ Moseley Folk Festival

Z+

As Z+, Bristol songwriter Matt Chandler spent the better part of a decade un-nerving and re-nerving audiences with his ethereal, brooding hangover-folk. Now, the addition of cellist Jenny Grove and guitarist Rob Howard has given the songs an added dimension, at once simplifying and complicating them, accentuating half-whispered lyrics of expectation, longing and betrayal.
