FAQ’S

  • Can I buy a ticket on the day? As long as tickets have not sold out in advance they will be available to buy online throughout the festival, http://www.moseleyfolk.co.uk/tickets/  or on the door for £45 each day. CASH only please.

 

  • I have an E-ticket. What do I need to do? If you purchased a ticket online from our ticket shop you will have been sent an E-ticket by email. All you need to do is print it out or bring it on your phone (please ensure the barcode is visible) and bring valid ID or proof of address.

 

  • Help! My tickets haven’t arrived! If you ordered online from our ticket shop, you will have been sent an E-ticket (see above). If you have not received it please check your Spam folder in the first instance and then email info@moseleyfolk.co.uk with ‘Ticket not arrived’ in the subject heading, please include the Order no. (if you made a note of it), date of purchase and your full name and address. Please be aware that we will be unable to receive/respond to emails after midday on Friday 4th For any queries raised after this point please bring all correspondance and confirmation emails and we’ll try our best to resolve any issues at the ticket desk

 

  • I bought tickets on behalf of someone else and I am not going to the festival, it says valid ID is needed – please help? Please email info@moseleyfolk.co.uk subject heading ‘Name change’ including the original e-ticket, copying in the new owner and we will confirm the name transfer.

 

  • I have brought tickets for a group and we are not all arriving at the same time, what should we do? Please make sure everyone arriving separately has a copy of the e-ticket. If you wish you can email info@moseleyfolk.co.uk with a list of the names and we can then check these off as you arrive.

 

  • I don’t have a car- what are my travel options? Travelling to the festival from Birmingham city centre is easy. Catch the number 50 Bus opposite Moor Street Station (outside Selfridges) and get off in Moseley Village at the Co Op, right opposite the park.   •  Is there a car park at the festival? Due to the location of the Festival (in a private park in a leafy suburb of Birmingham there is no on-site parking. We recommend using public transport or taxis. There is a small pay & display car park in Moseley village, opposite The Dark Horse.

 

  • When is my favourite band playing? A rough guide to which bands are playing at what time is available on our line-up page which lists the bands in reverse order of appearance. http://www.moseleyfolk.co.uk/visitor-info/key-times/ Timings will be provided in the festival program and clearly displayed throughout the festival. The first band will start at approx 1pm on Friday and at 11am on Saturday & Sunday. The last act starts at approx. 9pm each evening.

 

  • What facilities are available for disabled visitors? The festival site has a disabled viewing area and easy access toilets, however please be aware that the park is on a gentle slope and in places the ground is uneven. For further information please email info@moseleyfolk.co.uk

 

  • Can I bring a gazebo or camping chair?Gazebos and tents are not permitted. The use of camping chairs is permitted towards the back of the park, this area will be clearly signposted.

 

  • Can I bring a Picnic? We do have some fantastic caterers on site but if you prefer you can bring a picnic.Absolutely no glassware please! Please decant soft drinks into plastic bottles and your Salsa & olives into plastic tubs!

 

  • Can I bring my own alcohol?We have a large fully stocked bar, a cocktail bar and a Pimms bar on site. Due to licensing restrictions you are not permitted to bring your own alcohol on site, please do not be offended if we ask to search your bags. Any alcohol found will be disposed of.

 

  • Children at the festival.  All children under 16 must attend the festival with an adult. Please keep your children under supervision at all times. Under 12’s come for free and no ticket is required. 12-15 year olds pay a reduced ticket price.

 

  • What time does the festival open? Opening times are Friday 1pm – 10.30pm Saturday/Sunday 11am – 10.30pm. You may come and go between these times if you are wearing a valid wristband

 

  • When do I need to leave the site?  The headliners finish at 10:30pm, when all guests will be asked to leave the site.

 

  • I have bought a ticket for the wrong day/wrong festival. If you have accidentally purchased the wrong ticket please email info@moseleyfolk.co.uk

 

  • Please note we are unable to refund/downgrade tickets under any circumstances.

 

  • Sorry we cannot replace lost tickets under any circumstances. Please keep them safe.

 

  • I want to stay all weekend! As long as the festival has not sold out, day tickets will be available on the door Adults – £45, 12 – 15 yrs  – £25. Cash only please.
