Covid Safety + Ticket Policy

Following the government’s recent roadmap announcement we are pleased that Moseley Folk & Arts 2021 will be taking place on 3rd -5th Sept 2021.

 

According to the roadmap we will be allowed to operate at full capacity after 21st June with all restrictions being lifted.

 

Of course we can’t be 100% sure that the roadmap won’t be delayed so we wanted to reassure everyone that if there are any changes and we are forced to postpone Moseley Folk & Arts to 2022 then all ticket holders would have the option to exchange their tickets for a 2022 Festival or to request a refund.

 

We are a member of the Association of Independent Festivals who share with us the regular updates from DCMS regarding the changing guidance from Government.

Your safety and that of our staff and artists is always our top priority and as part of our Covid risk assessment there will be a number of changes made in 2021.

 

Socially distanced queueing (if still necessary) at the Box Office and Bars.

PPE for all Box Office and Bar staff (if still necessary).

Increased regular cleaning at every touch point and surface.

No Re-Entry to reduce footfall at the Box Office and to maintain our Covid – Safe event bubble.

 

Many of you have asked about Rapid Testing or the need for Vaccine Passports. We have received no industry guidance regarding these as yet but we will of course be following any regulations put in place by government for your safety.

 

Moseley Folk & Arts will still be as much fun as ever with one of our best ever lineups – The Waterboys, Frank Turner, Richard Hawley, Jade Bird, The Wonder Stuff, Gruff Rhys, Peat & Diesel, Katy J Pearson plus many more.

We can’t wait to catch up with you all in Sept and put the nightmare of Covid behind us and get back to some normality.
