• Can I buy a ticket on the day?

As long as tickets have not sold out in advance they will be available to buy online throughout the festival at http://www.moseleyfolk.co.uk/tickets/ or they can be purchased on the door. CASH only please.


  • I have an E-ticket. What do I need to do?

If you purchased a ticket online from our ticket shop you will have been sent an E-ticket by email immediately after purchase. All you need to do is print it out or bring it on your phone (please ensure the barcode is visible) and bring valid ID or proof of address.


  • Help! My tickets haven’t arrived!

If you ordered online from our ticket shop, you will have been sent an E-ticket (see above). If you have not received it please check your Spam folder in the first instance. If it has not arrived within 48 hours (and isn’t in your spam folder) then email info@moseleyfolk.co.uk with ‘Ticket not arrived’ in the subject heading, please include the Order no. (if you made a note of it), date of purchase and your full name and address.


  • I bought tickets on behalf of someone else and I am not going to the festival, it says valid ID is needed – please help?

Please email info@moseleyfolk.co.uk subject heading ‘Name change’ including the original e-ticket, copying in the new owner and we will make a note of the change of name.


  • I have bought tickets for a group and we are not all arriving at the same time, what should we do?

Each ticket has a different barcode and different ticket number. Please make sure everyone arriving separately has a different e-ticket. If you are arriving with all the tickets, you will be able to come out of the festival to give the tickets to your group as they arrive, as your wristband allows you to reenter the festival.


  • What are my travel options?

Travelling to the festival from Birmingham city centre is easy. Catch the number 50 Bus opposite Moor Street Station (outside Selfridges) and get off in Moseley Village at the Co Op, opposite the park. It takes roughly 15 minutes. Due to the location of the Festival, there is no on-site parking. We recommend using public transport or taxis.   • When is my favourite band playing?

A rough guide to which bands are playing on what day is available on our line-up page. This currently displays the line-up for 2017’s festival (which has been and gone!) but will be updated to 2018’s line-up at a later date. Timings will be provided in the festival program and clearly displayed throughout the festival. The first band usually starts at approx 1pm on Friday and at 11am on Saturday & Sunday, with each night finishing at 10:30pm.


  • What facilities are available for disabled visitors?

The festival site has a disabled viewing area and easy access toilets, however please be aware that the park is on a gentle slope and in places the ground is uneven. For further information please email info@moseleyfolk.co.uk.


  • What is not permitted on site?

Gazebos and tents are not permitted. The use of camping chairs is permitted towards the back of the park, this area will be clearly signposted. Absolutely no glassware please! Please decant soft drinks into plastic bottles and your Salsa & olives into plastic tubs! We have a large fully stocked bar, a cocktail bar and a Pimms bar on site. Due to licensing restrictions you are not permitted to bring your own alcohol on site, please do not be offended if we ask to search your bags. Any alcohol found will be disposed of. Dogs are also not permitted on site unless they are a guide dog.


  • Children at the festival.

All children under 16 must attend the festival with an adult. Please keep your children under supervision at all times. Under 12’s come for free and no ticket is required. 12-15 year olds pay a reduced ticket price.


  • I have bought a ticket for the wrong day/wrong festival, or have lost my ticket. 

If you have accidentally purchased the wrong ticket please email info@moseleyfolk.co.uk. Please note we are unable to refund/downgrade tickets under any circumstances. If you purchase a physical ticket (not an e-ticket) and have lost it, unfortunately we cannot replace this ticket under any circumstances – please look after it!


  • I want to stay all weekend!

As long as the festival has not sold out, day tickets will be available on the door. Cash only please.
