Tickets for Moseley Folk 2026 will be emailed out approximately 2 weeks before the event. These emails will come from our ticketing partner, Kaboodle. If it less than 2 weeks until the festival and you still have not received your tickets, please follow the below steps (in order):

1. Check your junk folder for an email from Kaboodle.
2. Log in to your Kaboodle account and check the status of your tickets.
3. Contact Kaboodle directly via their help centre.

Each ticket has a unique barcode and ticket number. Please ensure that each member of your group has their own individual ticket, and that you haven’t accidentally sent the same ticket out twice.

Absolutely, you can upgrade your tickets to our Club Class Lounge or Private Caravan Hire!

If you’d like to purchase an upgrade, please do so via our website, at the same time as purchasing your festival tickets. Upgrades do not include festival tickets, these must be purchased as well as your upgrade.

If you have already purchased your festival tickets, please log in to your Kaboodle account, where you will be able to add an upgrade from there.

Moseley Folk is a strictly non-refundable event. If you can no longer make it, in the first instance, please sell your tickets to a friend or family member at face value.

Please bear in mind, our team will be focusing on the festival during the weekend, and whilst we aim to respond as quickly as possible, there may be a delay in getting back to you.

Festival tickets are e-tickets, which means that all you need to do to gain entry is bring your e-ticket on your phone, or print a copy where the barcode is clearly visible. We encourage festival attendees to bring their tickets on their phones to save paper and reduce our environmental footprint. Please also bring a valid ID along with you.

If you purchased a ticket from another ticket seller (i.e. not from our own website), please read their terms and conditions. If you have any issues with your tickets, please email the company from which you bought your ticket – we cannot help with any issues to do with tickets bought from other ticket sellers.

Please make sure you keep all tickets and wristbands safe. Do not remove wristbands for the duration of your festival ticket. Weekend wristbands must remain on overnight.

The best way to attend the whole festival is to purchase a Weekend ticket. If you have already purchased a single Day ticket, please log in to your Kaboodle account and add the additional days, or upgrade to a Weekend ticket.

As long as the festival has not sold out, day tickets will be available at the door. Reminder that we are a cashless site, all door sales are card only.

Please note that we are unable to refund, downgrade or swap tickets under any circumstance. If you would like to get in touch about your order, please email tickets@moseleyfolk.co.uk.

Children under the age of 12 can enter Black Swan without a ticket, as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult over the age of 21. Children aged 12 to 17 need to have their own Black Swan ticket and be accompanied by a paying adult over the age of 21.

Adults over the age of 21 can accompany a maximum of 2 under 18s.

Please note that children under the age of 12 can enter the area without an upgrade ticket, but will not receive upgrade perks of a souvenir t-shirt, festival programme or a free drink. Children under the age of 18 need to be supervised at all times.

Moseley Folk & Arts Festival now works as a tiered ticket system. This simply means that our ticket prices start cheaper for the early birds and increase as time goes on. The tiers of pricing are set when the Festival goes on sale and will progress through the tiers as we get closer to the event.

The sooner you buy, the cheaper it is. Other than the price you pay, there is no difference to the ticket you receive.

We do! Our new ticketing platform allows you to separate your entire order payments over 4 months (this will decrease as we get closer to the festival). Please see at the check out your options via the booking page.

As long as tickets have not sold out in advance, they will be available to buy online throughout the festival or they can be purchased at the door. Door sales are card only.
